裂嘴女的故事是什麼？

據說裂嘴女在死之前是個大美女，有一天她去做整容手術時，因為聞到醫生「髮膠」的臭味,掙扎著身體,結果醫生不小心剪到兩側的嘴巴，那個女人看到自己被毀容後的長相,就生氣地用剪刀殺了那個醫生就跑了出去。

嘴女的特徵雖然有著各種不同的說法，但都會有幾個相似共通點，那就是身長高大、長髮披肩、身穿大衣、用口罩或圍巾遮住嘴巴的年輕女性。

會向放學回家的小孩詢問道：「我美麗嗎?」。回答「漂亮」的話，就會一邊說著「...這樣也漂亮嗎...」一邊脫下她的口罩，而在口罩下的是一張裂到耳朵的大嘴巴。回答「不漂亮」的話，她就會生氣的用剪刀或是鐮刀把對方給殺死，而回答「漂亮」的話，就會把對方的嘴給剪開或割開，讓對方也像她自己一樣漂亮。

如果不回答轉身跑掉的話，就會以大概100公尺3秒的速度追上來。
