薪資一天被扣300元

我到某間公司上班上了19天，但是我做得越來越不好，有業績壓力(電銷)
我想說撐到20天滿這樣就不用被扣，一天300的訓練費
但是。當第19天我真的越來越不敢講講得很害怕，所以督導就過來和我談
說這樣我們兩方都痛苦，他就拿離職單給我填.可是填了我就要被賠300*19天的錢，有點很不開心，可是上班前就有簽勞動契約書。
乙方無故離職就要被扣款，可是我覺得我的情形是甲方跟我談覺得我不適合..那位甚麼還要扣我錢...我問他們說這樣我會被扣錢喔，他們就說對。
這樣我是不是不能拿回其他的錢了
因為有先簽契約書~~~~
