看雙屍案證物 謝依涵竟笑了

曾轟動一時的八里雙屍命案，13日下午繼續偵訊審理謝依涵，主嫌謝女從頭到尾都都相當平靜。面無表情還瞄旁邊。直到法官提示物證照片，才露出一抹神秘微笑，讓在場的所有人匪夷所思。

據報導，八里雙屍案日前發生後，引起民眾熱烈討論。士林地院13號開始審理此案，讓兩方可以表達意見，謝依涵多坐在庭中，沒有表情，偶爾眼睛瞄旁邊。

但謝卻對其中一幅圖有興趣，露出罕見的微笑並說「這是我當天用過的杯子。」

，她的反應也引起其他人的好奇，但摸不透為什麼謝女微笑。

合議庭原本有詢問謝依涵，是否要確認一下死者家屬提供的電話本，謝女原本想確認自己的電話有沒有在上面，後來因為合議庭一時找不到證物做罷，待下次開庭再給謝女確認。
