研究所錄取收到預備員通知書，辦理緩徵

我是今年大學畢業生，考研究所，已經考上了，在等開學，但我收到預備員通知書
上面是寫我可能在最近收到徵集令，請在8/28日拿徵集令入營，但開學是9/12。

1、那我現在是要去請學校先幫我辦緩徵嗎?? 但我又還沒開學，沒繳學費，沒註冊，而且學校辦緩徵不是在開學註冊截止日，那我不是還沒辦緩徵，就被徵集了?

2、我記得緩徵是學校幫忙辦的，那可以自己去市公所辦理緩徵嗎?

2、還是要辦延徵，但我已經錄取了，拿著錄取通知單，去辦延徵嗎?怪怪的。
