涉開酒吧詐募資金 伊朗男被訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北13日電）伊朗籍男子被控假借開酒吧名義僱請莊姓女子當經理，並向女方借調開酒吧資金65萬元，卻跳票又不還錢。北檢今天起訴伊朗男。

46歲的伊朗籍男子AMINI有多起官司纏身，他另經營的波斯菜餐廳，去年初因遭大批黑衣人霸桌並索討新台幣500萬元，躍上媒體版面，黑衣人後來被起訴。台北地院認定伊朗男搶前女友手機又刪除影音檔案，昨天依強制罪判他拘役59天，得易科罰金。

台北地檢署公布的起訴書指出，伊朗男是台北巿南京東路的一家酒吧負責人，他在民國101年5月中旬向莊姓女子佯稱願以5萬元的薪資，僱她當酒吧經理；伊朗男後來又向莊女借調開酒吧的資金65萬元，其中15萬元是莊女籌的，另50萬元是莊女向友人借的；伊朗男另交付支票給莊女作為擔保。

檢方指出，莊女上班一個月後，沒領到薪水且支票跳票，便向伊朗男表明將提出告訴，伊朗男才交付8萬元，但餘額至今未清償；莊女後來提出告訴。

台北地檢署今天偵結，依詐欺取財罪嫌起訴伊朗男。1020813
