監院風波 總統致電關心王建煊

（中央社記者黃名璽聖克里斯多福19日電）總統馬英九今天說，他有跟監察院長王建(火宣)通電話，表達關心，也希望王建(火宣)要特別多擔待一點。

基隆市長張通榮被控關說酒駕，監察院兩度彈劾案都沒過。監察院長王建(火宣)質疑監院存在價值，槓上多名監委。

馬總統「賀誼專案」抵達加勒比海友邦聖克里斯多福及尼維斯訪問，當地時間18日晚間（台北時間19日上午）在下榻飯店與隨行記者茶敘時，作以上表示。

馬總統說，昨天上午（台北時間18日晚上）有跟王建(火宣)通電話，因為他跟王建(火宣)是老朋友，特別說明監察院是憲法上的獨立機關，行使職權不受外界干涉，所以他不是要來干涉監察院內部的事務。

總統表示，他只是覺得這個事情這樣子再發展下去，對監察院很不利，王建(火宣)身為院長，可能在這些議題上，要特別多擔待一點，「我特別表達了我的關心之意，只是如此而已，沒有別的其他的意思」。1020819
