潭美挾大雨 馬尼拉停班停課

（法新社馬尼拉19日電） 菲律賓首都馬尼拉大雨氾濫成災，馬尼拉部分地區水深及腰，學校、政府機關和股市今天都紛紛關閉。

熱帶風暴潭美挾帶大雨，襲擊人口1200萬的馬尼拉。昨晚幾乎下了一整夜，一直下到今晨。

大雨肆虐呂宋島大片地區，政府聲明說，馬尼拉附近幾省也宣布停課。

聲明說，馬尼拉所有政府機構停止上班；股市也宣布休市。馬尼拉一些地區水深及腰，許多道路和高速公路無法通行。部分仰賴公共運輸工具的通勤族，都得涉過漂滿垃圾的洪水。

目前沒有傳出人員傷亡。防災當局表示，呂宋島北部山區，當局疏散200人以避開土石流。根據天氣預報，馬尼拉和呂宋島今天的大雨將持續一整天。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）
