暑期打工雇主未幫其投保勞健保

我是一個涉世未深的大學生

想說暑假打工賺點錢貼補家用

當初應徵時老闆只有口頭表示並不會保勞健保

答應後開始上班然後現在跟店長有點不合臨時離職

店長表示臨時離職的話需要扣除15天的薪資

而且時薪75這樣算下去被他這樣扣完這個月只能拿150左右

跟老闆反應後只有說不會扣到10天15天這麼嚴重

然後也有說有貼員工守則在那所以扣錢是必然的

請問有什麼法律根據可以反駁嗎？
