執行命令傳票已經下來，時間是102年8月22日。(102年8月19日收到)

實在是有點趕，不知是否現在聲請社會勞動還來的急嗎?

他需要的東西：

1. 1吋照片4張 『我OK』

2. 身分證正反面影印本 『我OK』

3. 1個月內體檢表、胸部X光檢查報告 『這是是否能在一天內完成，還有要到哪間醫 院或是診所會比較快?』

4. 填妥聲請書1張、切結書2張 『這個是否要到地方法院去做填寫?』

重點是第3點，因為執行日期是22號，我很怕聲請社會勞動服務，會來不及，我沒有

錢易科罰金，請有此經驗或是法律常識的人幫我快速回答，感激不盡。
