特宏興喋血案 漁船中午返蘇澳

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭20日電）宜蘭蘇澳籍漁船「特宏興368號」台籍船員在海上疑被印尼籍漁工殺害，漁船預計今天中午左右返抵蘇澳港，檢方將展開調查。

「特宏興368號」漁船於7月16日起與岸上的船主莊清旺失聯，當時漁船在東太平洋海域的法屬玻里尼西亞附近。

行政院海岸巡防署「巡護7號」於7月27日在吉里巴斯西南方約623浬處攔截登上「特」船後，發現船長陳德生、輪機長何昌琳都不見，僅剩船上9名藉口語言不通、堅持不吐實的印尼籍漁工；陳德生與何昌琳疑似被這些漁工丟入海。

海巡署上午說，歷經24天、長達約4870浬航程之後，「巡護7號」中午將拖帶「特」船返港，9名印尼籍漁工將交由宜蘭地方法院檢察署偵辦。1020820
