一張裸體圖的問題

事件:
我記得我國中時很無聊就與同學亂畫畫，什麼都畫，我們最後就畫到那兒去了!
我記得我借別人課本，那張紙就夾在書本裡，我忘記丟掉而被人發現!
現在當然知道畫那東西是不對的、是不好的!

問題:
1.
請問用鉛筆畫裸體圖本身有違法嗎?

2.
請問當時，借書者沒經過我的同意就把裸體紙張拿給大家看，是誰錯?
(當時圖案旁邊有寫人名，班上同學的名子)

3.
若有觸犯法律，誰犯法呢?

希望懂法律的人能解開我這三個問題。
