土地無法分割要蓋房屋

我有一筆建地與很多人共有約1百多坪,我持有其中的6分之1,之前曾經去法院提告分割,調查之後發現持有人多達6十幾人,其中有人已死亡,也有人還沒繼承,有人失蹤,跟本難以分割,只好放棄,可是我想在這塊土地上我所持有面積的範圍內蓋自己的房屋(猜掉原來的部份舊屋舍),如果我蓋好會被別人告嗎?其他持有人有權力強制我恢復原狀嗎? 謝謝
