我女朋友在中醫診所上班 , 在8月7號的時候 中午休息時間過斑馬線被公車撞到
診斷書是寫 右足挫傷疑蹠骨閉鎖性骨折
然後 8月31的時候 他的診所老闆也就是醫生說 要他9月2號回來上班 不然就自動離職
而我們是在忠孝醫院看診 醫生說要多休息不宜走動 況且腳還是腫脹
無法上班
可是他的診所老闆醫生說 這傷頂多休息三個禮拜
我女朋友擔心她的腳會變嚴重只好簽了自動離職
接著9月5號領薪水時 他的老闆只支付到8月7號
然後拿一些勞保健保申請單要我們自己填自己送去勞保局
接著勞健保馬上就轉出了

小弟請問勞基法高手 他的老闆有違反什麼條例嗎?
