盈正案 日盛證被罰120萬

〔記者陳梅英／台北報導〕金管會昨日對捲入盈正案的投信業者做出第四波懲處，此次被處罰的有日盛證與元大寶來投信，其中，日盛證遭罰120萬元與其他相關行政處分，元大寶來投信因為是合併前發生，金管會僅予以糾正，兩公司的陳姓與瞿性投資經理人則均遭到解職。

另外，華南永昌因96年1月間及97年2月間成立私募基金投資PEM集團相關商品，陸姓總經理與溫姓前債券基金管理部經理收受PEM佣金，也遭到解職，華南永昌在事件發生時先是被金管會以投資分析不確實處罰，起訴書出爐後，掌握具體事證，金管會昨又予以重罰，華南永昌在半年內將不得申請投資外國事業或設立分支機構、金管會半年內也不會准其募集或追加募集基金案件等。

還有另外三家也因這波專案查核，在投資程序上不確實，被處12～24萬元罰款，總計有13家投信受牽連，且還不排除有後續。
