標題[問題] 看腰痛拉傷

前一陣子因為重訓關係(不確定是不是這原因 因為同重量也做了一段時間) 在做的時候腰間抽痛了一下 之後就一直彎腰會痛 站立站直會痛 躺下也會痛 這期間去看了西醫照X光(脊椎外科) 醫生也沒說脊錐有大問題 有點側彎而已 說有可能是拉傷的關係 但只給了止痛藥 也沒做任何看診或復健動作 每次回診又要一個禮拜 很花時間又覺沒治本就放棄西醫 後來也去了整骨 給他喬了一下 後來有好一點 但這幾天又開始發作了樣 請問高雄有沒有推薦的推拿或復健或是相關診所的? 這症狀已經持續了快一個月了... 我住南高雄鹽埕區這附近 希望可以是南高雄的 但若是北高雄真的有很有效可以推薦的 也可以去試試 謝謝大家!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.71.17
