李稻葵︰大陸經濟增長態勢將持續到今年年底

原大陸人行顧問、清華大學中國與世界經濟研究中心主任李稻葵12日出席世界經濟論壇時表示，大陸經濟增長態勢將持續至今年年底，但明年增幅將回落至7%-7.5%的合理區間。

李稻葵指出，大陸第二季國內生產總值(GDP)年增速放緩至7.5%，為20世紀90年代以來最慢增速之一，不過經濟學家們認為，第三季經濟表現可能好轉。美銀美林將其對大陸第三季經濟增長率預期從7.6%上調至7.9%。

李稻葵表示，限制地方政府對經濟的干預至關重要。地方政府的大規模投資造成重工業的產能過剩，其過度舉債也給經濟帶來很大威脅。

李稻葵還指出，美國聯準會退出定量寬鬆貨幣政策並不會對每個發展中經濟體造成同樣的打擊。大陸有很多外匯儲備，構成一個很大的緩衝力，有很高的盈餘，這些緩衝措施能夠使大陸這樣的經濟體度過美國聯準會政策退出帶來的影響。
