外勞匯錢母國 遠超外國援助

（中央社聯合國總部2013年10月2日綜合外電報導）根據世界銀行（World Bank）今天公布的新報告，海外勞工匯回開發中母國的金額，遠超過母國所得的外國援助。今年海外勞工匯回母國的金額料將增加6.3%。

美聯社報導，根據報告，海外勞工今年匯回開發中母國的金額料將達4140億美元，而在2016年前，匯款可望超過5000億美元。

聯合國（UN）表示，海外勞工匯回母國的金額，是這些開發中國家政府所獲得外國官方援助的近4倍。外國政府對這些國家的援助每年大約1260億美元。

目前全球各國匯款總額為5490億美元。

印度外勞寄回母國的金額達710億美元，位居第一，中國大陸600億美元、菲律賓260億美元、墨西哥220億美元、奈及利亞210億美元、埃及200億美元。
