未成年的青少年發生性關係有沒有觸犯法律：
＊前提是雙方都同意

一方未成年者

不論是否自願皆該當

刑法277條

對於未滿十四歲之男女為性交者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。

對於未滿十四歲之男女為猥褻之行為者，處六個月以上五年以下有期徒刑。

對於十四歲以上未滿十六歲之男女為性交者，處七年以下有期徒刑。

對於十四歲以上未滿十六歲之男女為猥褻之行為者，處三年以下有期徒刑。

第一項、第三項之未遂犯罰之。

雙方當事人皆未滿18歲的話

立法上認為小情侶因愛生性

即構成前條(刑法227條)該當未免過苛

故本罪以予減免

刑法第 227- 1條十八歲以下之人犯前條(刑法227條)之罪者，減輕或免除其刑。

所以要看雙方是否都是未滿18歲

是的話就無罪(但都要自願)
