（中央社記者楊明珠東京12日專電）日本媒體報導，當局內定，69歲的內閣官房顧問谷內正太郎擬接首任國家安全保障局局長。

日本參議院正在審理國家安全保障會議（國安會）創設法案，可望在本會期通過，而國家安全保障局是國家安全保障會議的事務局。依據進度，日本政府規劃今年內成立國家安全保障會議。

日本首相安倍晉三於2006年9月至2007年9月首度執政期間曾任外務事務次官。安倍重返執政，谷內又被委以外交智囊重任，並建議安倍首訪國應選中國大陸，促使日本與中國大陸建立戰略互惠關係。

日媒報導，谷內目前身兼民間企業、大學的職務，原本接國家安全保障局局長他態度保留，但安倍多次力邀，他傾向點頭。1021112
