【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】水能載舟亦能覆舟，彭博社報導指出，近幾年來成本低廉的資金到處氾濫，吸引消費者與企業大舉借貸，雖使全球主要新興市場自2008年的金融危機快速復原，但也可能反噬這些國家。

因經濟降溫，從土耳其到南非等新興國家都可發現拖欠的呆帳持續攀升。印度為面臨壞帳暴增的國營銀行挹注資金，中國銀行業則因相同理由被告知提高準備金。

美國聯準會雖在9月會議宣布維持購債規模不變，但其政策轉向可能對開發中國家的經濟與銀行營運造成威脅。

著有多本金融風險書籍的作家Satyajit Das表示，因風險再度被低估，自2008年以來新興市場的信貸增長非常顯著。許多借錢的人將難以償還債務，新興市場的資金外流將使問題更加惡化。我們恐面臨新的新興市場危機。
