劉政鴻弟涉占國有地 檢搜索

（中央社記者黃意涵、林長順台北14日電）苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池被控竊佔國有地。士林地檢署今天指揮調查局等單位，兵分11路搜索。

台北市議員日前指控劉政池在陽明山興建溫泉別墅七七行館，涉嫌佔用1800坪國有地做觀景草皮並砍樹、挖地道、私設噴水孔等設施。士林地檢署檢察官分案調查。

經蒐證後，承辦檢察官上午指揮調查局台北市調處、檢察事務官、陽警隊，並會同國有財產署、陽明山公園管理處等單位，兵分11路搜索。

另外，檢察官將傳喚劉政池到市調處說明。1021114
