今年的經濟成長率從原本上看百分之四，變成保三，現在只能保二。經濟部長張家祝認為，數字多少不重要，重要的是要讓民眾對經濟好轉有感，今年出口訂單衰退的來源主要是中國大陸和日本，歐美地區還是有成長，十月份的出口衰退，希望後面這兩個月的表現可以維持一定水準。

張家祝：『其實我個人對於GDP到底是三呢，還是二呢，或是二點一、或是一點九，我覺得那並不是很重要，最重要的就是，我覺得我們經濟好轉，要能夠讓民眾有感覺，如果GDP數字很好看，有的國家GDP很高，但是民眾的生活非常不好或者都沒有改善，我覺得那也不是很好的現象。』
