有一種圓圓的綠色植物外國人會拿來吃的叫什麼？

我原本是想查東方人有沒有在吃那種東西
可是我忘記那植物的名字了
三個字，應該是不常用或跟那植物連接不起來的字所以忘了

植物有點像釋迦但外表不是顆粒的感覺像是蓮花那樣一層層包裹住的
普通植物的綠色，切開後是白色，像是高麗菜或白菜那樣一層層的，不過葉片沒那麼多

知道是歐洲或美國人在吃的
台灣有些西餐料理店也會放在義大利麵或沙拉裡

這樣可以猜想倒是什麼植物嗎？
