老闆拖欠薪資

之前9月開始在一間冰品店打工，結果到10月10號發新日後卻遲遲領不到薪水，老闆也沒有出面做說明，只知道是老闆的個人財務出狀況，只能從收銀機裡的當天營收來預支薪水，要買店的原物料以及外帶碗等等的錢也沒有著落，但老闆也沒有要結束營業的意思，只是告訴大家在撐一下，很快就會發薪水，但到約定的時間還是沒發錢只是依直拖，11月10號發薪日到了，十月的薪水也付不出來，現在因為沒辦法繼續做白工了只好離職，但也聯絡不到老闆，詢問還繼續做的同是他們也不清楚，請問該如何是好??
