（中央社台北2013年11月28日電）瑞士銀行（UBS）策略師奈特（Justin Knight）在報告中寫道，歐洲中央銀行（ECB）若實施量化寬鬆（QE）計畫，德國或許會在相對於其規模的總體市場中受惠最多，義大利和比利時受惠最少。

這份報告指出，歐洲央行也許會盡可能拉大歐元區公債的收購範圍，以展現QE是為貨幣政策目的而實行。最合乎邏輯的作法，是依歐洲央行的資本基礎比例購債。

奈特在報告中提到，購債若著重在殖利率曲線前端，將讓芬蘭與愛爾蘭受惠，其次為德國、奧地利和法國。

不過瑞銀經濟師群在其基本情境中不認為歐洲央行會實施QE，調降利率和實施負存款利率比較有可能。

北歐斯安銀行（SEB）則指出，歐元區的通貨緊縮風險將在明年加劇，歐洲央行將在2014年春季啟動QE計畫。

歐洲央行執行理事會成員普雷特（Peter Praet）13日透露，資產收購和調降存款利率都是選項。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
