為孫圓夢 零嘴斜塔幸福有感

糖果屋嘉年華 明新港展出

〔自由時報記者林宜樟／新港報導〕新港鄉公所、新港魅力商圈協會舉辦新港四寶、糖果屋文化嘉年華，商家們絞盡腦汁，以零嘴製作各種糖果屋，昨天高達一百八十公分的幸福斜塔（見左圖，記者林宜樟攝）、台灣三合院等現身，難得一見，二十餘件作品本週六、日將在新港公園展出。

製作「幸福斜塔」的「金讚成」老闆娘陳錦惠說，小孫子在幼稚園中學到比薩斜塔，回來想堆出斜塔卻怎麼也堆不成，直喊「阿嬤幫我做一個！」她剛好要參加糖果屋比賽，便想幫孫子圓夢。

要用零嘴做出斜塔不容易，陳錦惠和先生謝銘東先固定好歪斜的支柱，再用花果酥、花生糖、軟糖、餅乾、鳳梨等一點一點黏上去，長餅乾柱條更是要不斷倒過來黏才能完成，五個人花了半個月才做好，材料費就花了一萬多元，完成後「真的有幸福的感覺！」

「金讚號」老闆娘劉麗華想到小時候全家在老房子一起生活的溫馨回憶，利用花生、黑芝麻、花果酥慢慢黏出一棟大型三合院，共花了八天時間，完整呈現農村風情。

新港鄉長邱晉煌說，新港鄉有豐富的農特產及藝術工藝，番茄、洋桔梗、彩色甜椒及交趾陶可稱為「新港四寶」，魅力商圈邀請商家發揮創意，以台灣特有零嘴製作各式各樣的糖果屋，展現新港鄉獨特的活力與生命力。

魅力商圈理事長林秋桂說，六、日活動有甜椒、番茄、花卉料理DIY，還可觀賞到各種不同的糖果屋。
