大陸人行19日在其官方微博表示，已運用短期流動性調節工具(SLO)調節市場流動性。

人行指出，歷年，年底市場流動性狀況受財政收支情況等因素影響較大；近期已根據市場流動性狀況透過SLO向市場適度注入流動性。人行表示，如必要，將據財政支出進度情況，繼續向符合條件金融機構透過SLO提供流動性支持。未來將視流動性餘缺情況靈活運用SLO調節市場流動性。

大陸人行今日於公開市場不進行逆回購操作，為連續第5次暫停公開市場操作。由於本周沒有逆回購或央票到期，據此計算，人行本周既無投放亦無回收資金，在此之前，人行連續兩周實現淨回收，上周回收370億元人民幣。

大陸昨日拆息大漲，7天期回購利率一度超過6%，創下6月錢荒以來最高；7天期Shibor亦飆升144.3個基點至5.902%。
