詐欺&勞動服務

你好:我想請問!
我之前因為詐欺被判有期徒刑三個月,但是法官並未說可以役科罰金!之後我申請了勞動服務!
但勞動服務並未在時間內履行完畢!
那我現在就一定得入監執行了?
沒有辦法了?

我有打電話至書記官那裡詢問,

書記官和我說,如果檢察官讓我已罰金繳納,

那他們就等於違反法律!

我很想解決這個問題,這個入監執行,導致我無法找工　

作,無法正常工作!

我想請問,我現在該怎麼做?或是尋求什麼管道比較好?
