建物50年沒保登,位私人地上,即被迫拆屋還地!救救我

(1)原本1個地號,102年才發現自民國39年~95年陸續被分割買賣成共7筆.
所有權人皆私人所有(全是周邊的老鄰居,已經是第二代了)
(2)建物已有50年之久,早期民國39年並無保存登記之事,家裡也沒讀書人從來不知道該如何繼承而完善此老家???故,既沒保存登記,只有門牌,還有一張民國58年的電力公司證明!!!也沒有任何戶籍在那!!!!
請問該如何才能證明此屋:一磚一瓦一草一木都是爺爺蓋的???
請問爺爺的遺屬要我們留下來也....那是我們的根阿!!!!該如何做????
(3)建物目前介於其中A+B地號的上方!!!!!
其中A地於102年鑑界,經老鄰居通知我們才知道!!!
請問地上物是否有優先承購權的權利資格???
請問是否可追朔陸續分割買賣資料,要求賠償責任???
(4)爺爺以前是從中國打仗來台的榮民.....只有媽媽是唯一合法繼承人!!!
請問是否可先發存證信函通知土地所有權人不得擅自拆屋鋸木及進入屋內??
