重啟開城工業區 南北韓達共識

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾7日專電）為重啟北韓開城工業園區運作，南北韓雙方代表在板門店，經17個小時的長談後，終於在今天凌晨4時左右，對重啟園區運作原則達成共識。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，在這場工作會談中，南北韓雙方原則上就進駐開城工業園區的南韓企業恢復生產達成共識，並簽署相關協議。

為了減少生產設備在雨季受損，雙方就南韓企業代表從10日起到開城園區進行設備檢修達成共識。雙方同意南韓企業運回完成品和原材料，也可以透過一定程序運回設備。北韓則承諾保障南韓人員的人身安全，並在車輛通行和通訊方面提供協助。

報導指出，根據協議，雙方將於10日在北韓開城工業園區舉行後續會談。

開城工業園區是南北韓自2005年起開展的經濟合作項目。北韓於2013年4月3日單方面宣布關閉園區後，雙方一直未能達成協議，園區的南韓人員從4月26日到5月3日已全部撤回南韓。

由於這次的會談已對重啟開城工業園區運作達成共識，使得停擺達95天的工業園區又有了新轉機。1020707
