我弟有兩個女儿，要和老婆離婚，老婆提出要兩個小孩監護權和我弟名下一間房子的所有權要其價值的40%分給兩個小孩每人20%，房子目前出租中，弟弟也一個人住在其中的一個房間，目前不會買賣所以是我弟有生之年賣的時候再給小孩每人20%賣的錢，女儿為13及15歲都是女生)。請問這要如何辦呢？
又如果如此以後出租的收益要分40%給兩個小孩嗎？
因他老婆擔心離婚後老公會先處份掉房子落的他們母子什麼都沒有得分。
