例如:一個人他的成敗在於昨晚偷懶沒有把該完成的事情做好就出去玩
他覺得恐慌因此睡不著 ------> 先知先覺

反之

一個人的成敗在於偷懶沒有把該完成的事情做好隔天照樣覺得沒什麼
被臭罵一頓也無所謂 ------>不知不覺

介於先知先覺和不知不覺之間還有一個後之後覺

但是不知不覺是非常嚴重的說明這個人可能已經無可就藥
