收到調解委員會申請調解通知單該怎麼辦

你好:日前因為我的機車改裝，警察從後面騎車想要攔截我，

我當時在慢車道、他沒有開警示燈也沒鳴笛叫我停車

他從快車道越過雙黃線超過一台轎車快速的從中線衝

過來要把我踹倒，可能是他車速過快，剎前輪鎖死，

重心不穩自己失控跌倒受傷、反而要告我肇事逃逸，

妨礙公務，當時我嚇一大跳，油門一加就走了，根本就不知道他

跌倒、事後接到警局通知才了解，像他這樣執法過當

反而誣陷我撞他，現在收到調解委員會申請調解通知單，

我該怎麼辦?
