蠶絲被送乾洗後質感沒有以前好?

約10天前
我把一套蠶絲床單送洗
同時他們也表示蠶絲他們會乾洗且不會用烘乾機烘乾

但我拿回來後發現
質感沒有洗前那麼滑了
而且有起一點小毛球

去洗衣店詢問
老闆也再三表示是乾洗且沒有烘乾
且說之前怪來送洗的蠶絲被也會有類似的狀況

請問有人有蠶絲被送洗的類似經驗嗎?
是否有跟我一樣的狀況?

我上網查詢查到真正蠶絲材質是不會起毛球的
請問就算洗過也不會嗎?
我很怕我媽買到假的0.0
