我已簽約和付租金,但房東並無給我鑰匙。

我於今日(7/21)和房東簽約,起租日期是8/4,並付二個壓金和一個月的租金。 但是房東不願意給我鑰匙,堅持八月才要給我.... 這樣我們的合約還生效嗎?...
