長輩誤信朋友，請朋友去內地帶健康食品寄回台灣，結果收到航警局的通知說要去約談，航警局說那是禁藥，但因為長輩的朋友才見過二次面，也沒留下資料，我在想會不會是那位去內地的朋友寄錯東西來的，之前有接到一通電話，說有內地的東西寄來要委任書及證件，之後已把證件傳真過去，但最近接到航警局的電話說那東西是禁藥，說要約談，請問該怎麼辦呀???? 請問會有什麼罰責呢???? ps因為那是之前帶團來的旅行社人員剛好會跟長輩買水果認識的，結果長輩也忘了留他電話及資料?? 請問該怎麼辦呢??
