廢棄工廠當提款機 3嫌落網

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄24日電）林姓男子等5人涉嫌切割廢棄工廠的鋼骨、鐵架變賣，將廢棄工廠當提款機；高雄市警方巡邏發現逮捕3人，持續追緝逃逸的2嫌。

高雄市警察局林園分局今天表示，員警巡邏至大寮區鳳林一路一處廢棄工廠時，發現林男等人忙進忙出，形跡可疑。

員警知道轄區這座工廠已廢棄，因此通報警網支援，警方逮獲林男等3人，起出鐵皮、乙炔切割工具及1輛被通報失竊的贓車。

警方表示，林男等人組成竊盜集團，專挑廢棄工廠下手行竊，缺錢時就帶著乙炔等做案工具侵入切割鐵製品等變賣，簡直將廢棄工廠當提款機。

警詢後，警方將全案依竊盜罪嫌移送高雄地檢署偵辦，並持續查緝逃逸的2嫌。1020724
