有關同一僱主轉任旗下子公司年資問題

A公司有發離職同意書，B公司有給聘僱合約書.....

我於91年任職A公司並於96年轉任B公司,B公司並無立約說明承認A公司之年資,但有口頭告知年資承認，於102年C公司合併B公司，若C公司不承認A公司之年資!

問;我可否向A公司要求給與年資結算費用?或該如何處理!
