極樂公墓~ 尋找墓碑所在地

圖爲崔書琴夫人徐遠晖女士與友人于1988年12月15日前往極樂公墓掃墓。崔先生墓碑正面刻有：“先夫崔公書琴之墓”八個字。據了解，最後壹次有記錄的掃墓時間是在2004年。崔先生的夫人與兒女60年代初旅居美國。崔太太已于2001年去世檢視圖片

以上是圖片，朋友近年旅居國外，很多年沒去掃墓了。
現在想要回來掃墓，已經不太知道墓碑確切位置，(約在半山腰)
不知道有甚麼方法可以幫忙尋找到六張犁極樂公墓此地?
(墓碑上所刻為"先夫崔公書琴之墓")
上頭有個十字架，上次掃墓時附近其他墓碑沒有十字架(只有這個墓碑有)
當時有一條路可以開車上去，但是後來聽說要被徵收來蓋房子

還請高手相助看看是否可以找到，謝謝!!!!
