我的親人在某間知名連鎖企業的牛肉麵店工作
最近因為店面租約到期要結束營業
想申請非自願失業的補助
向公司申請離職證明文件可是公司不給
公司的理由是因為有介紹別的工作
但去了之後發現無法適應
請問各位大大要怎麼辦呢??
