放寬居家化療限制 省1.3億醫療費

【大紀元2013年08月07日訊】（大紀元記者施芝吟台灣台北報導）以往如大腸癌、胃癌、頭頸癌及食道癌等病人，臨床使用5-FU等化學治療藥物作為長期灌注化學治療均須住院1到2日。中央健康保險署將從9月1日起，針對原限制使用於5-FU藥品進行居家化療「攜帶式輸液器（奶瓶輸注器）」，擴大適用於所有可居家使用化學治療藥物，預估每年7萬人次病患受惠，年省約1.3億元醫療支出。

健保署表示，目前已有居家化療使用的輸液器，具有可攜帶的方便性，病患經由醫師評估後，若情況允許，可以將需要輸注24小時的化學治療藥物帶回自家施打，除可節省住院醫療支出外，亦可提升病患居家生活及醫療品質。

中央健康保險署醫審及藥材組副組長施如亮表示，1日型的輸液器使用量去年約1萬個，2日型使用量約1萬6千個，若擴大到所有化療藥品，每年將約7萬人次病患受惠。◇
