如果是已離職員工，是否可以舉發？

想要舉發的有，勞工新資和工作時數、勞健保、沒有國定假日後續獎勵問題，簽逞不合理、環境衛生（廚房養貓）餐飲從業人員沒有健康檢查...等

而且我都有照片可以做為證明，請問要怎麼做才好？
