關於《約伯記》的問題

不好意思，想請問各位有讀過《約伯記》的人。
有幾個地方看不懂，
所以不太明白。

一、約伯沒有做錯什麼事，
為什麼就因為撒但說了幾句話，
上帝就要把約伯的一切交到撒但手裡？

二、交到撒但手裡之後，
示巴人的突襲、上帝從天上降下火來、迦勒底人的突襲，
都分別死了許多年輕人跟僕人。
這些人又犯了什麼罪應該死？
