車禍狀況 幫鑑定誰的錯?

在前幾天午發生了一場小車禍

情況是這樣

我要指走 對方要轉彎

我要超他車 他右側有車 我重他左邊要超

她突然轉彎(左彎) 沒打方向燈

我要車時 來不及煞車 我車頭右側擦到了他後面

我往左移 我撐住沒倒 對方到了 沒很嚴重

ˇ我跟對方都2個人

我這邊我載的人 擦傷

對面後座的沒戴安全帽 頭有點撞到

這是誰對誰錯呢?
