史上首次 聯合國檢視北韓人權

（路透首爾20日電）聯合國專家小組今天起將聽取脫北者的駭人證詞，很可能讓北韓的侵犯人權問題攤在陽光下，接受輿論檢視。

一黨專制的北韓在大部分自由度評比中，幾乎都敬陪末座。 根據獨立機構預估，北韓約有15萬至20萬人關押在勞改營，脫北者說，許多囚犯營養不良，或勞動至死。 聯合國專家小組本週將在首爾蒐集證據，再前往東京商討日本公民遭綁架問題。 最知名脫北者申東赫和另一名勞改營生還者金惠淑預計將公開控訴，數十年禁錮期間所受磨難和所目擊的殘殺。 儘管平壤當局向來否認侵犯人權，這將是專家小組首度檢視北韓人權紀錄。中央社（翻譯）
