紐西蘭白島火山 噴出蒸氣煙柱

（法新社威靈頓20日電） 紐西蘭白島火山今天噴出高2公里的蒸氣煙柱，火山專家表示，這只是小規模噴發，僅持續數分鐘。

地震監測機構GeoNet說，北島（North Island）普蘭蒂灣（Bay of Plenty）外無人居住的地標－白島（White Island），今天上午10時23分噴發。

它說：「這次噴發僅持續約10分鐘，主要噴出的是蒸汽。」當局已對附近區域發布航空警戒，所幸沒有任何災情傳出。

據信，這次火山噴發活動與北島另一端威靈頓16日發生的規模6.5地震毫無關連。（譯者：中央社王黛麗）
