國際機器人賽 台選手氣勢如虹

（中央社記者周永捷雅加達2013年11月16日專電）國際奧林匹克機器人大賽（World Robot Olympiad）今天在印尼雅加達登場，台灣從全國選出25支隊伍約100名學生參賽，經過激烈競爭後，共有10支隊伍晉級明天的比賽。

國際奧林匹克機器人大賽是一項國際性的科技及教育活動，目前有40個會員國，每年由不同會員國主辦比賽。今年比賽在雅加達舉行，有40個國家共392支隊伍參賽，參賽隊伍之多創下歷年之最。

台灣從全國各國小、國中、高中及大學中選拔出25支隊伍約100名學生代表，參加今年的比賽。

賽事第一天經激烈競爭後，競賽類大學組部分，台灣由虎尾科技大學及中興大學學生組成的兩支隊伍晉級8強，明天有望參加決賽爭冠。

足球賽部分，台灣有3支隊伍晉級16強；競賽類高中組1支隊伍、競賽類國中組2支隊伍與競賽類國小組2支隊伍分別晉級16強。
