老闆於昨天(2013/11/15 ) 說要資遣我 , 我從2010年10月開始在這間公司服務 , 大約服務了3年1個月左右 , 投保薪水為21,000- , 薪水大約每個月實領30,000- , ( 以我的瞭解公司有低報, 因為我每年5月報稅 , 扣繳憑單都只有20幾萬) , 現在老闆說要資遣我 , 我可以跟老闆要求資遣費嗎 ? 可以幫我試算看看嗎? 離職單 我要簽嗎? 還是我可以要求非自願離職單? 我沒有任何的違規 , 老闆可能會要求我離職的理由為 , 無法達到公司的要求 , 還有什麼我要注意的細節呢? 現在年底了 , 我在這裡服務了三年 , 我只希望我的權益 不要睡著而已 , 請幫忙我 , 謝謝!!!
