請問怒海劫裡,船長Philis第一次打電話給英國海軍辦公室求助， 對方回答說:依照標準作業程序，必要時，封船來處理 Philis船長在咖啡廳跟所有船員說到封船, 馬上有船員極力反對，說他這趟船程是拿船員的薪水，並不是海軍的薪水 請問一下，[封船] 在遇到海盜劫船時的的意示是甚麼呢 會是就放棄抵抗，等待救援嗎? 謝謝. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.0.128
