各位大大您們好:
我的前妻5年前與人夫發生性關係(當時我尚不知情).而我也在4年半前與前妻結束了婚姻關係.當時解除婚姻關係是有其他生活相處及觀念的問題...然而最近,我終於確定我前妻真的在5年前翻了牆.請問,現在要告那位人夫通姦罪還來得及嗎?而現在我們已無任何婚姻關係了,我還可以提告嗎?麻煩律師或是有經驗的人幫我解惑一下.謝謝.
